To install presets in Arturia Pigments -
- Open Pigments in standalone mode or in your DAW of choice.
- Click the three lines next to the Pigments logo in the top left corner of the interface. A dropdown menu will appear.
- Select "Import".
- Navigate to the .pgtx file included in the downloaded product files, and select it.
Your new presets are now installed! You can access them from the Sound Banks tab in Pigments preset browser.
Adding Artwork
In Pigments it's also possible to add artwork to appear alongside the soundbanks in your browser, and all Tom Wolfe products for Pigments come with product artwork ready to be added to your browser. To do this -
- Navigate to the Artwork folder within the downloaded product files, and then copy the included .png file.
- Mac: In Finder navigate to Macintosh HD > Library > Arturia > Shared > images > vc8_images > packs, and then place the .png file here.
- Windows: in Documents navigate to C: > ProgramData > Arturia > Shared > images > vc8_images > packs, and then place the .png file here.
The product artwork will now be displayed in the Sound Banks tab alongside the soundbank.
