I've installed the soundbank, but it's not showing up in Pigments

Unfortunately, there's a fairly common bug in Arturia Pigments that prevents soundbanks from showing in the browser after install. Arturia are yet to fix this issue, but fortunately there's a simple solution. Here's how to fix it:

  1. Mac: In Finder navigate to Macintosh HD > Library > Arturia > Presets
  2. Windows: in Documents navigate to C: > ProgramData > Arturia > Presets
  3. Delete the "db.db3" file that's located here.
  4. Open Pigments in standalone mode or in your DAW of choice.

The soundbank will now be accessible in Pigments, and you can access it from the Sound Banks tab in Pigments preset browser.

The "db.db3" file is Pigment's index file, and is responsible for displaying all the soundbanks that you have installed. Unfortunately, occasionally it doesn't update when you install new presets. By deleting the file, Pigments will be forced to update the index when you open it again.

If you continue to have problems after following these steps, please get in touch with me by creating a ticket.
